Introductory DBT Skills Group
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has proven effective in helping individuals who experience chronic and acute emotional distress.
River Ridge offers a six-session curriculum that introduces clients to the core principles of DBT such as mindfulness and emotional regulation. This group is currently available only at the Burnsville location and only for women. Groups meet for two hours, one time per week. Referral to a more comprehensive DBT program is arranged if deemed necessary.
